Hydraulic Flushing Unit

Hydraulic flushing units remove the pollutants caused by the pipeline installation before commissioning your hydraulic system. By cleaning the pipelines, the units remove the impurities so that the hydraulic oil is clean within the pollution tolerance of the critical hydraulic units of the system. Hydraulic flushing units are a vital measure to ensure the reliability and service life of the hydraulic units, which is necessary to prevent initial equipment failure best.
KEDA’s FE pipeline flushing unit series and FTE pipeline flushing and load test unit are specially designed by KEDA’s engineers for the appliance in marine and metallurgy industries. The hydraulic flushing units bear an elegant and compact design. They can be used conveniently under low noise with reliable performance. It is especially suitable for the pipeline flushing and load test operation of the hydraulic system pipelines for large vessels and metallurgical equipment.
Hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, or diesel oil is applicable. Please specify the medium when ordering.

The series comes with capacities of 120L, 240L, 400L, 600L, 800L, 1200L, 1800L, 2400L and 3600 L.

Features
  • PLC with a touch screen for working status.
  • Hydraulic pulses are automatically generated for flushing, whose interval can be set on the touch screen; multiple flushing flows are applicable.
  • After the flushing, the working medium is filtered by a multi-stage filter to filter out pollutants best and maintain the cleanliness of the working medium.
  • Electric signal alarm device on the filter to alert the personnel when replacement is needed.
  • Fault types displayed on the screen. Engineers can use the screen to set the automatic start and stop points for the cooler and heater.
  • Temperature of the working medium is visible on the screen, and the flushing pressure and test pressure are displayed directly through the pressure gauge.
Specifications
  • Working medium: VG32, VG46 or VG68 antiwear hydraulic oil. For water, water glycol oil, lubricating oil, diesel oil or kerosene, please specify the medium when ordering.
  • Cleanliness: NAS1638 Class 5, 6, 7, 8 (optional)
  • Storage tank material: plain carbon steel, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316 (optional)
Optional general function
  • Heater: Increase the temperature of the working medium under low temperatures to improve the flushing effect.
  • Air cooler: Cool the working medium if the operating temperature stays high for a long time.
  • Barge pumping unit: Pumps the oil from or to the unit.
Optional additional features
  • Flow meter: Detects the real-time flow and displays the value on the touch screen.
  • Online contamination monitor: Detects the cleanliness of the pipeline after flushing.
  • Remote control: Operating parameters can be displayed on mobile phones or computers, and equipment can be started and stopped remotely.
