- Our comprehensive error proofing assembly processes allows us to trace faults back to their source. The one-piece flow operation makes monitoring the working status of the whole production line achievable.
- The assembly process is monitored by various sensors, with an interlocked action program which ensures that all pieces are assembled according to standard procedure.
- The press mounting system, tightening system and pneumatic torque wrench guarantee precise force/torque control during each step of assembly. Data from these processes is permanently stored in an upper computer for reverse checks using product bar codes.
- Our electrical control systems are managed by a System Management PC which can handle system monitoring, diagnosis and data analysis as well as input/output operations.
- To ensure accuracy in material management and control, we employ an intelligent material rack system that monitors material picking sequences.
At our plant, we take quality control seriously. We are proud to have a CNAS-certified secondary testing center and high-precision testing instruments imported from Germany, the United States, and Japan. Our professional and qualified testing personnel use the QSmart quality control system for maximum accuracy, with a processing accuracy of 0.003 mm on the plunger ball head profile and 0.0002mm mm on the measuring instrument. Every step of production is strictly monitored, from raw materials to parts processing, assembly inspection, product testing, and product packaging, ensuring that each product meets our stringent standards while providing full traceability.
